The following Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of products by you via www.sweetcreations.com.au.  By using this site you accept and agree to be legally bound by our terms & conditions.  We may change the terms & conditions at any time.  Please review the terms & conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of such changes.

1.    Pricing

Prices are displayed in AUD.  Prices may be subject to change without notice if necessary.  Where applicable, prices also include GST.  All prices are correct at the time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email.  Sale prices are available only while stocks last.

2.    Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

3.    Conditions of Sale

All goods must be paid for prior to them being sent.  Some items may require a small amount of assembly by the purchaser.  Sweet Creations takes no responsibility for goods damaged during delivery or assembly by you.

4.    Items Return Policy

We want you to be satisified with your purchase and should you change your mind, we will provide a store credit note to the value of the goods purchased (excluding freight) if the goods are returned within 14 days, in order for the credit note to be issued.  The item must be returned in a saleable condition ie.  In its original packaging, and with all paperwork and parts intact.  If we find the product has not been returned to us in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.  We will only pay for a delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, upon inspection but not when a product is simply unwanted.

5.    Gift Registry Items

Items purchased from gift registries may not be refunded or exchanged by any party (ie the gift giver or the recipient) once purchased by the gift giver.

6.    Payment

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services and or products Sweet Creations provides to you.  Sweet Creations welcomes payment by Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit over the telephone and via the website.


7.    Acceptance of Order

We will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it and send a further email to confirm that we have processed your order.  Please ensure an accurate e-mail address is supplied.

8.    Flexible Payment Terms

When shopping with Sweet Creations for your total convenience you can secure any item with a 25% deposit.  Simply make the remaining payments when it suits you.  Full amount needs to be paid before delivery.  Option not available on website only on phone or email orders.

9.    No Warranties

Sweet Creations makes no warranties.  Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves.  The services and products are provided on an as is and as available basis.  

10.    Supply

Sweet Creations reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.  

11.    Descriptions

At the time of publication all product descriptions are accurate, errors and omissions accepted.  All measurements and weights are approximates.

We use a secure payment gateway to process all payments which is linked to our National Australia Bank merchant account.

14.    General Information

Prices listed on this website are inclusive of GST.  For Photographic purposes we may have used props in photographs.  Unless an item is listed it is not included.

The information Sweet Creations collect from their customers is strictly confidential.  Sweet Creations may release appropriate information to third parties such as courier and postal services to assist with the fulfilment of your order.  We guarantee that we will not sell any personal information collected from you.
