Flat postage rates within Australia for Australia Post Deliveries.  $9.95 – WA, $14.95 – Rest of Australia.  Australia Post Express Postage and International orders will be worked out accordingly. Please email enquiry@sweetcreations.com.au for a quote.

TIMING

All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed and payment received.  Sweet Creations will always notify you if there is a delay in delivery due to stock availability.  

All delivery times are approximations only.  While we endeavour to deliver your gift quickly, this is not always possible due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control.  This does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel your order or request a refund.

Please note there are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.  All orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business working day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Sweet Creations ships international orders using Australia Post Air Mail.  Sweet Creations cannot be held responsible for delays in customs clearance which may incur extra charges.  If you would like an international quote on freight, please contact enquiry@sweetcreations.com.au
