Our purpose is to provide a fantastic shopping experience from wherever you may be and therefore we are focused on quality products and great service. It is important to us that you love your Sweet Creations purchase. To ensure each product meets our standards and arrives perfectly we inspect each order before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods you have purchased we will issue a credit note or exchange if you return the goods, at your own expense, within 14 days of receiving your order. Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your credit note, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Products on special offer or explicitly noted and non-returnable cannot be returned. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return items.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Step 1 – Email email@example.com and clearly state your order number (which is on the invoice that accompanied your order) and the items you wish to return. In regards to an exchange, we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a store credit note.
Step 2 – Our staff will contact you within 24 hours with full instructions on how to send your items back to us. Items must be unopened, in saleable condition and securely packaged in box. Any damaged products will be rejected. We recommend returning items to be shipped via a traceable method as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Sweet Creations will not pay freight on returned goods unless goods are deemed by Sweet Creations as faulty.
Step 3 – Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-5 working days of receiving the items at the Sweet Creations office. Once the item has been inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either provide a exchange or credit note.
FOR EXCHANGE, with confirmation of availability, the new item will be shipped back to you FREE of charge if the original goods were deemed to be faulty.
FOR STORE CREDIT, you will be sent a Sweet Creations credit note via email to use for future purchases, valued at the item you have returned. This does not expire and is not redeemable for cash.
Note: For FINAL SALE items there are positively no exchange, refund or returns unless the item is faulty.
