We have a flat rate delivery charge Australia wide of $9.95 or make that free for orders over $150.00 (excludes furniture and bulky items). Furniture and Bulky Item, delivery charges will be worked out for you on check out.
We also accept International orders please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can organise a delivery quote for you.
We most certainly allow Perth pick on Monday, Wednesday or Friday. We are a online store so you can order online and select Perth pick up at check out. A member from the Sweet Creations team will be contact to let you know when your order is ready.
All payments accepted through our website are through Paypal or Afterpay. Including payment from your credit card, debit card, direct debit from your bank account and Paypal account. You do not need a Paypal account to complete your payment if you choose to pay via credit card; Visa or Mastercard.
Alternatively payment by Visa card, Mastercard is accepted over the phone or eftpos facilities are available at our warehouse store on pick up. Please speak to a Sweet Creations team member to discuss.
We do offer layby please contact a sweet creations team member email@example.com with your details and items you are interested in and we shall organise for you.
Yes we most certainly do ship international. Please contact a member of Sweet Creations with your destination and items you would like to purchase and we shall organise a freight quote for you.
The Sweet Creations Team aims to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of being received, with the exclusion of sales or peak seasons where delays may occur. We use Australia Post Eparcel which includes tracking and tracing. We expect to have your order delivered within Australia depending on your location between 2-7 working days and international orders between 10-20 working days. We do not guarantee any delivery dates.
Personalised orders do take between 3-4 weeks for arrival as they are made in the USA.
Shopping at Sweet Creations through our online website is very safe. We ensure we are continually up to date with the latest SSL technology which ensures all information passed through the website is private and integral.
Once you have placed your order through the Sweet Creations website, we will acknowledge your order shortly after we receive it with a confirmation email of your order details and also a payment receipt email from Paypal. A further email will be sent to confirm that we have processed your order. Please ensure an accurate e-mail address is supplied as you will also receive tracking details from Australia Post for you to track your parcel.
We sometimes open pre-orders on a new or a very popular item that is on its way to us. If you place an order for a pre-order please keep in mind that these items are not yet in stock and will not be sent until they arrive in our warehouse.
If you purchase a pre-order and together with an in-stock item we will not send your order until we have received everything in stock. If you would like your items sent straight away please place all pre-orders separately to in-stock items.
All our pre-order delivery dates are approximates from the supplier, at times due to circumstances beyond our control there may be delays. If this is the case a member from the Sweet Creations team will notify you of the delay. We will not be held responsible for these delays.
